Welcome To The Warhawks!
After an extremely successful first year with a Championship and 2nd place finish in our tournaments, the Warhawks are back for Year 2! Based on the successful model of our boys program, the girls will be taught the true box game through structured practices and competitive tournaments. Our coaching staff is composed of current WestRock Warhogs mens and/or womens players who have years of playing and coaching experience to provide a thriving learning environment for your daughter.
Participating players will be required to provide their own protective equipment (shoulder pads, arm pads, gloves and stick) and can expect to receive a custom uniform and box lacrosse helmet from us. There will be a minimum of 2 coaches, 6 practices and 2 tournaments for the 2026/2027 season. Tryouts will be held on 9/27 & 10/11 at PlayerHaven Sports Facility in Brewster, NY from 1p-5p. Tryouts registration is $50.
5th/6th grade - 1p-2p
7th/8th grade - 2p-3:30p
9th/10th grade - 3:30p-5p
Practices will be held Monday nights at either 5p or 6:30p at PlayerHaven starting in November. We will have 6 additional "drop-in" sessions on Sundays from 5p-7p to focus on position specific skills. Our 2 tournaments will be in Jan and/or Feb (1-day tournaments). Team fee is $1,400 for new players and $1,200 for returning players. New players receive helmet and uniform. We do not care about club team affiliation! We want to help get ALL athletes better and learn the box game!
